Profile Joel E. Tencer, graduated with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1968. He followed this up by earning his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto in 1972. In April, 2006, Mr. Tencer received a full membership designation from The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants as a Canadian Certified Immigration Practitioner, enabling him to practice immigration and refugee law in Canada. Mr Tencer has been honoured with a fellowship from The Canadian Migration Institute which educates and accredits it's members, advocates on immigration law and policy, and promotes consumer protection within the Immigration community |
